The setup
Dad walks down the aisle this Saturday, and the son, 26, has just been named best man to a bride, Margot, who is all of 34. She greets him as her new son and offers him the option of calling her Mom, while Dad tells him to cater to Margot all week. Her first request is help with a zipper, since the groom cannot see the dress before the day. Dad nearly walks in on them. Episode 2

The ages, the wedding date, his best man assignment and the bride's intent are all on the table inside a minute, and the zipper scene with Dad one room away supplies the first jolt of risk. It is a familiar shape, yet the setup is tidy and Margot's confidence gives it pull. Episode 2 adds a second temptation in Dahlia and a garter gag, which crowds the scene but proves there are plenty of wedding errands left to exploit.
