The setup
Episode 1 opens with a breakup that doubles as an eviction notice: his girlfriend is now dating his roommate, who is packing up to move in with her, and she adds a parting insult about his odds. A friend offers crude advice and points at Paola, swim team star and part-time fitness model, as the long shot every man in the building is chasing. Then he walks into his own room and she is already there: a late admission put her in the men's hall, in his room specifically, and with no backup plan she floats a deal.
Episode 2
The second episode is a game of keeping a secret in a building that runs on gossip. Paola turns up in the men's showers with a no-looking rule and a reward for good behavior. His friend smells a story, he denies everything, and the friend counters with a rumor that she is bisexual and taken. Night falls on the shared room, the no-looking rule returns, and it ends on a stuck bra clasp and a request for help.
Who's who
- Paola: fitness model and swim team star, cheerfully treating his room as her room now
- The jilted one: lost his girlfriend and his roommate in one conversation, gained a much bigger problem
- The friend: dispenses terrible advice, then turns into the hall's most persistent gossip
Viewers who like a forced-proximity setup with rules nobody intends to keep, and a heroine who enjoys making the rules.
You want the leads to talk: he mostly gapes, and she does the flirting for both of them.
Verdict: 6.9 out of 10
The premise is pure sitcom: a man loses his roommate to his girlfriend and gets Paola as compensation. The first episode stacks that irony neatly, and the second wrings two scenes out of one rule about looking away. It is more tease than story so far, with the bisexual rumor dropped in as a loose thread rather than a twist. If watching a shared room turn into a slow standoff appeals, the rest has an easy pull.
