The setup

The corporal telling this story has a problem: his sergeant, Holly, terrifies him about as much as she attracts him. He shows up late to her formation, gets accused of ogling her, denies it with a stammer, and is summoned to her quarters for a dressing-down delivered at full volume. She orders a hundred pull-ups, discovers physical evidence that his denials were lies, and throws him out. When he returns to apologize, she announces a different punishment and orders him beneath the table, which is exactly where he is when a general walks in.

Episode 2

Episode 2 opens with the crisis apparently averted: the general is asleep and the corporal is dismissed. Then Holly is brought in hurt, hips twisted out of place and unable to move, and the corporal volunteers some chiropractic work with suspicious confidence. It actually helps. A soldier named Jessica points out his very visible reaction and gets sent away for her trouble, and Holly closes the episode admiring his nerve.

Pure sketch comedy in uniform. Holly's barking tirades are the selling point, a full-volume drill routine that turns into a punishment fantasy, and the general's entrance gives episode 1 a genuinely funny button. Episode 2 goes broader, with an injury that exists to be fixed and a witness who exists to say the quiet part out loud. The corporal is a stammer with a rank. If the shouting amuses you, the rest is worth a look; if not, it wears out fast.
